SHIPPING

Domestic orders are shipped with Posten Norway. International orders are sent with DHL Express GoGreen Plus.

 

TAXES AND DUTIES

Note that Aur Studio is not responsible for any extra vat or duty costs outside of Norway. these costs are the customer’s responsibility to cover. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

If the package is returned due to unpaid import duties, shipping costs both ways will be deducted from the refund.

An order confirmation will be sent to you by email when your order is placed. Please note that Aur Studio has a very limited stock of jewelry available at the studio, so most of the time our pieces are made to order and shipped within two to three weeks from our studio in Oslo. For urgent orders please contact us.

All orders are sent with tracking information and are insured during transit, please use your tracking number to check you package's status. Please report to us as soon as possible after receiving it, within three business days, if the jewelry has any damage caused by shipping. Then return the damaged item(s) to us. We always pack the jewelry carefully, to minimize possible damages.
