GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Thank you for visiting our website and online store at aurstudio.com. By using our website and/or placing an order on this website, you unconditionally accept the Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time by Aur Studio at its sole discretion, without prior notice. Please note that the valid version of the Terms and Conditions for your order is the version that was in effect at the time when you placed the order. You will find the date for the latest update of these Terms and Conditions in the final section of this page.
Norwegian Sale of Goods Act applies to all purchases from Aur Studio.
ORDERS & AVAILABILITY
An order confirmation will be sent to you by email when your order is placed. Aur Studio has a very limited stock of jewellery available at the studio, so most of the time our pieces are made to order and shipped within two to three weeks from our studio in Oslo. For urgent orders please contact us.
INACCURACIES ON THE WEBSITE
Aur Studio can´t guarantee that the content of the website is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors at all times, nor can we guarantee that all the information is up-to-date. Although Aur Studio strives to display the correct texts, images and pricing on the website and its online store, errors may occur. Aur Studio may at any time amend the content of the website and reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch should we find that the price is incorrect. In such case we will notify you by email and give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you, your order will automatically be cancelled.
In the online store prices are displayed for each item. International orders may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are applied once your package reaches your country. We cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Aur Studio insures each package during its time in transit and until it is delivered to you.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
It´s ok to change your mind! If you want to return your jewellery, it must be done within 14 days from the day you receive it. Please print out, and attach your invoice to the return package. The jewellery must be returned in their original packaging. They must be unused other than for trying them on. If there is evidence that suggests that the jewellery have been used to a degree that decreases the value of the product, you will lose your right to return the product.
Note that we do not cover the cost of returns unless they are due to a claim or a fault of ours. Please contact us by email before returning faulty or incorrect items.
Keep your postage receipt as a proof that the package was sent.

As soon as we have received the returned package, and it has been approved from the quality check, we will refund the amount to the credit card or PayPal account used placing the order.
We are entitled to retain the refund until we have received the items or proof of return of the items. We are not able to refund vat or duty costs for international orders. If you refuse delivery, we will not cover the return shipping cost. The shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
When shopping online, please be conscious of your consumption. Processing returns has an environmental impact and Aur Studio consider free returns to be an unsustainable cost.
If a delivered package is not collected, we reserve the right to charge you a fee covering the entire cost of the shipping as well as any additional penalty and processing fees. Non-collected packages are normally not covered by the right to return items.
Aur Studio quality check each jewellery piece before sending it to our customers. We work hard to avoid the emergence of damages or defects in our products. Should you find that an item despite this is damaged or otherwise defective, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further consultation. You will be replaced with a new sample of the item in question, if a new one is available. If not, you will be refunded with the original cost of the item and the return cost, unless the defect can be repaired. If the damaged item followed an order containing other purchased item(s) the cost of the original delivery will not be repaid. You are asked to always examine your received products already at the time of delivery and as soon as possible report any deviations from your order confirmation to us. We will return your funds as soon as possible, and please remember to always save your receipt. The refund will be returned to your original method of payment.
