SHIPPING

Domestic orders are shipped with Posten Norway. International orders are sent with UPS carbon neutral shipping.

​TAXES AND DUTYS

​Aur Studio is not responsible for any extra vat or duty costs outside of Norway, this is the customers responsibility to cover. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

​An order confirmation will be sent to you by email when your order is placed. Please note that Aur Studio has a very limited stock of jewelry available at the studio, so most of the time our pieces are made to order and shipped within two to three weeks from our studio in Oslo. For urgent orders please contact us.

​All the packages is sent with tracking information and are insured during transit, please use your tracking number to check you package's status. Please report to us as soon as possible after receiving it, within three business days, if the jewelry has any damage caused by shipping. Then return the damaged item(s) to us. We always pack the jewelry carefully, to minimize possible damages.
