​RETURNS & EXCHANGES

​It´s ok to change your mind! If you want to return your jewelry, it must be done within 7 days from the day you receive it. Please print out, and attach your invoice to the return package. The jewelry must be returned in their original packaging. They must be unused other than for trying them on. If there is evidence that suggests that the jewelry have been used to a degree that decreases the value of the product, you will lose your right to return the product. 

​Note that we do not cover the cost of returns unless they are due to a claim or a fault of ours. Please contact us by email before returning faulty or incorrect items. 

​Keep your postage receipt as a proof that the package was sent.

REFUNDS

As soon as we have received the returned package, and it has been approved from the quality check, we will refund the amount to the credit card or PayPal account used placing the order.

We are entitled to retain the refund until we have received the items or proof of return of the items. We are not able to refund vat or duty costs for international orders. If you refuse delivery, we will not cover the return shipping cost. The shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
