SHIPPING & RETURNS
Domestic orders are shipped with Posten Norway. International orders are sent with UPS carbon neutral shipping.
TAXES AND DUTYS
Aur Studio is not responsible for any extra vat or duty costs outside of Norway, this is the customers responsibility to cover. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
An order confirmation will be sent to you by email when your order is placed. Please note that Aur Studio has a very limited stock of jewelry available at the studio, so most of the time our pieces are made to order and shipped within two to three weeks from our studio in Oslo. For urgent orders please contact us.
All the packages is sent with tracking information and are insured during transit, please use your tracking number to check you package's status. Please report to us as soon as possible after receiving it, within three business days, if the jewelry has any damage caused by shipping. Then return the damaged item(s) to us. We always pack the jewelry carefully, to minimize possible damages.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Holiday returns: For Christmas gifts bought between October 20th and December 24th, we have extended our return policies. You can return or exchange your gift within January 10th. The jewelry should be returned in their original packaging, unused other than for the purpose of trying them on. The customer must cover the shipping costs. Please contact us by e-mail if you want to return your gift, at email@example.com.
It´s ok to change your mind! If you want to return your jewelry, it must be done within 7 days from the day you receive it. Please print out, and attach your invoice to the return package. The jewelry must be returned in their original packaging. They must be unused other than for trying them on. If there is evidence that suggests that the jewelry have been used to a degree that decreases the value of the product, you will lose your right to return the product.
Note that we do not cover the cost of returns unless they are due to a claim or a fault of ours. Please contact us by email before returning faulty or incorrect items.
Keep your postage receipt as a proof that the package was sent.

As soon as we have received the returned package, and it has been approved from the quality check, we will refund the amount to the credit card or PayPal account used placing the order.
We are entitled to retain the refund until we have received the items or proof of return of the items. We are not able to refund vat or duty costs for international orders. If you refuse delivery, we will not cover the return shipping cost. The shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
